Otherwise retailers and producers would play the blame game and send you to someone else all the time. Amazon would tell you to contact Samsung, Samsung would tell you to contact Microsoft and so on.

I am just disappointed the German division of Amazon treats their customers in this way. Especially since Amazon UK and Amazon USA have honoured similar requests in the past. I hope someone at Amazon&#039;s US headquarters will look into this.</description>
